বাংলাদেশের মার্কেটে প্রথম এবং একমাত্র ডোমেইন আফটার কন্সেপ্ট ডেভেলপমেন্ট করার কাজ করছি। বিশ্বের অন্যান্য দেশের বাজারে এইটা অনেক লাভজনক ব্যবসা যা অনেকেই করেন।এখানে বড় বড় কোম্পানি যেমন আছেন তেমনই বহু মানুষ একা একা বিজনেস করেন। এটাকে অনেকেই একটা সাইড ইনকাম হিসেবে নেন। যেহেতু এখানে লাভ অনেক বেশি তাই ইনভেস্ট করতে যে কেউই আগ্রহী হবে। বাংলাদেশের বাজারে এই কন্সেপ্ট এখনো কেউ শুরু করে নাই।যেহেতু কেউ শুরু করে নাই এবং সম্পুর্ন মার্কেট ফাকা সেহেতু এই ব্যবসায় আমি এবং কিছু ফলোয়ার আগ্রহী হয়েছি। ইনভেস্টর যারা আছেন তারা সবাই আমার লিংকড-ইনের ফলোয়ার। আমাকে উনারা ফলো করেন এবং আমার কাজকর্ম সম্পর্কে ভালো জানেন। যেহেতু আমি নতুন নতুন আইডিয়া নিয়ে কাজ করি সেহেতু এই আইডিয়া উনারা পছন্দ করেছেন। পান্ডাফগ ব্যবসায় বিজনেস প্রেজেন্টেশন, বাজেট, ইনভেস্টর এগ্রিমেন্টসহ অন্যান্য যা দরকার তার সবই ফাইনাল হয়েছে। এছাড়া এখানে দুইজন ক্যান্ডিডেট নিয়োগ দেওয়ার কাজ করবো। যেহেতু এখানে একটা ব্যবসা শুরু হতে যাচ্ছে তাই আমরা আপাতত বেশ কয়েকজন হায়ার করবো।ভবিষ্যতে আরও জব স্কোপ ওপেন হবে এই ব্যবসায়। আপনারা যারা চাকরি/ ব্যবসার পাশাপাশি সাইড ইনকাম নিয়ে আগ্রহী এবং আমাদের এই ভিন্নধর্মী ব্যবসায় ইনভেস্ট করতে চান, তাহলে কমেন্টে জানাবেন। আমাদের কাছে এখনো বেশকিছু শেয়ার ফাকা আছে। এই গ্যাপ পুরন হলেই আমরা আমাদের টার্গেট ইনভেস্টমেন্ট পেয়ে যাবো। তাহলে ব্যবসায় যে বাজেট করেছি তা সব ভালোভাবে হবে এবং ইনকাম হিসেবে যে প্রজেকশন করার প্লান আছে তাও মিট করবো। এখন আপনি সিদ্ধান্ত নেন যে, ইনভেস্টরের জন্য আগ্রহী হবেন কি না।

ব্যবসা /চাকরির পাশাপাশি স...

বর্তমান পরিস্থিতিতে আপনি যাই করেন না কেনো তার পাশাপাশি অন্য একটা ইনকাম করা বা কোন একটা সোর্স থেকে ইনকামের জন্য চেষ্টা করা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হয়ে গিয়েছে যার জন্য আপনাকেই চেষ্টা করতে হবে। এখানে কেউ আপনাকে ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত সহযোগিতা করবে না যতক্ষণ না আপনি নিজেকে সেই পজিশনে নিয়ে যাবেন। আমি এখানে ২ টা মডেল নিয়ে আলোচনা করবো৷ সিদ্ধান্ত আপনাকে নিতে হবে। মডেল ১। নিজে নিজেই আয়ের উৎস বের করা। আপনি যদি এমন কিছু যা একটা বিজনেস মডেল হবে এবং তার থেকে যদি মাসিক বা বাৎসরিক ইনকাম আসে তাহলে সেটা শুরু করে দেওয়া দরকার। এখানে আপনাকে যা করার তা করার জন্য চেষ্টা করতে হবে।এর জন্য যে ইনভেস্ট দরকার তাও আপনাকেই করতে হবে। কেননা, এই ব্যবসায় যে সময়, টাকা আপনি ইনভেস্ট করছেন তার সব-ই আপনার। কিভাবে করবেন? আপনার নিজের অভিজ্ঞতা বা বন্ধু-বান্ধব, আত্মীয় স্বজন অথবা ইন্টারনেট থেকে এই বিষয়ে কাজ করতে পারেন।মুলত আপনার দরকার একটা বিজনেস প্লান যার ইনভেস্ট কম এবং লাভ আশানুরূপ। আপনি যখনই আইডিয়া পেয়ে যাবেন তখন তার রিসার্চের দরকার হবে। এর জন্যেও যারা অভিজ্ঞ বা পরিচিতদের সাথে আলোচনা করে নিবেন। যদিওবা একেকজন একেক রকমের কথা, আইডিয়া, ইনফরমেশন দিবে তবে আপনিই মুল সিদ্ধান্ত চুড়ান্ত করবেন। মানে হলো, যে যা বলবে তার সব কিছুই কন্সিডার করবেন এবং একটা বিজনেস প্রপোজাল বানাবেন। একে বলা হয় ফিজিবিলিটি স্টাডি রিপোর্ট। এই রিপোর্টে আপনি নিজে নিজেই বুঝতেই পারবেন যে বিজনেস আইডিয়া আসলে কি হচ্ছে। এর ওপর আপনি সিদ্ধান্ত নিবেন যে এই আইডিয়া শুরু করবেন কি না। মডেল ২। অন্য কারো ব্যবসায় ইনভেস্টর হওয়া। এখানে আপনি খোঁজ করবেন যে কে কোন বিজনেস আইডিয়া নিয়ে কাজ করছে এবং তারা কিভাবে ইনভেস্টর নিচ্ছেন। এরপরই তাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে তাদের সকল ইনফরমেশন নিবেন, বিজনেস আইডিয়া বা ফিজিবিলিটি স্টাডি রিপোর্ট বুঝেবেন। যদি সব ঠিক থাকে তাহলে সেই ব্যবসায় আপনি ইনভেস্টর হিসেবে যোগ দিতে পারেন। আসল কথায় আসি: আপনারা যারা মডেল ১ নিয়ে আগ্রহী তারা শুরু করেন। তবে যারা মডেল ২ নিয়ে চিন্তা করবেন তাদের জন্য এইটা উপকারী হবে। আমি নতুন একটা বিজনেস কন্সেপ্ট নিয়ে কাজ শুরু করেছি যা বাংলাদেশের মার্কেটে সম্পুর্ন নতুন এবং এখন পর্যন্ত কেউ-ই শুরু করে নাই। মানে হলো,বাংলাদেশের মার্কেটে এই ব্যবসা আমিই শুরু করেছি।যার কারনে আমি ফলোয়ারদের আগ্রহ তৈরি করা এবং তাদের সাথে নিয়ে এই ব্যবসা শুরু করারই প্লান করেছি। আপাতত অনেকেই আমাদের সাথে যোগ দিয়েছেন এবং আমরা চাচ্ছি যে আরও ফলোয়ারদের ইনভেস্টর করতে। আমাদের বিজনেসের নাম হলো, ডোমেইন আফটার মার্কেট যা বিশ্বের অনেকেই দেশে অনেক লাভজনক একটা ব্যবসা।আপনারা অনেকেই এর নাম শোনেন নাই বা শুনলেও এইটা কিভাবে কাজ করে, প্রফিট কেমন বা ইত্যাদি জানেন না। আর এই কারনেই আমি এর পরিপূর্ণ বিজনেস প্রেজেন্টেশন,বাজেট এবং অন্যান্য সকল ইনফরমেশন বানিয়েছি যা জানলে আপনি অবশ্যই ইনভেস্টর হতে চাইবেন। আপনি যদি আমাদের এই বিজনেস মডেল সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানতে চান ওয়েলকাম। আমার বিশ্বাস এই বিজনেস মডেল দেখার পর আপনি অবশ্যই ইনভেস্টর হতে আগ্রহী হবেন এবং সাইড ইনকাম হিসেনে আর্নিংয়ে চেষ্টা করবেন। আমরা এই শুক্রবারে ইনভেস্টরদের নিয়েই ফাইনাল মিটিং করতে যাচ্ছি। এই মিটিংয়ে অংশগ্রহণ করতে চাইলে কমেন্টের মাধ্যমে জানাবেন।আমি আমার নাম্বার দিবো এবং সেখানে ম্যাসেজ দিলে অন্যান্য সকল তথ্য পেয়ে যাবেন। শেষ কথায় আসি, আপনারা এই বিজনেস নিজে নিজেও করতে পারেন।তাহলে আমি যে ২ টা মডেল নিয়ে বললাম তা হয়ে যাবে। বাকীটা আপনারা সিদ্ধান্ত নেন।

ব্যবসা বা চাকরির পাশাপাশি...

আমি সব সময়ই চেষ্টা করি যে, বাংলাদেশে নতুন কিছু একটা করার।যার ফলশ্রুতিতেই আমি কয়েকটা স্টার্টআপ চালু করেছি যার সবই বাংলাদেশের মার্কেটে একেবারে নতুন কন্সেপ্ট। আপনারা যারা আমাকে রেগুলার ফলো করেন তারা জানেন যে আমার কাজ কেনো এবং কিভাবে নতুন।যা হোক, এইসব নিয়ে অন্য কোনদিন কথা বলবো। কয়েকদন আগে আমার একটা ফ্রেন্ড ফোন করে বললো, তার অফিস ক্লোজ করে দিবে তাই শেষবারের মত যাওয়ার জন্য। আমিও একটু হতাস হলাম এবং তার অফিসে চলে গেলাম। অনেক কথার মাঝে যে আফসোস করে বলল, ব্যবসা আর আগে মত হচ্ছে না এবং সব মিলিয়ে খরচ উঠছে না। তাই বন্ধ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছি।এখানে ৫ জন কাজ করে তাদের কেউ না করে দিয়েছি। অফিস ফার্নিচার, পন্য এবং অন্যান্য যা আছে তার সবই বিক্রি হয়ে গিয়েছে। আমি তেমন কিছু না বলেই চলে আসলাম। বিবিসি তাদের একটা প্রতিবেদনে বলেছিল যে, বাংলাদেশের ব্যবসায়ী পরিবেশ ভালো না। সেখানে কয়েকজন ব্যবসায়ীর সাথে যে আলোচনা করেছিল তাদের বক্তব্য আমার ঐ ফ্রেন্ডের মতই। একজন ব্যবসায়ী বলল, তার অফিসে ৯২ জন কর্মচারী এবং তাদের সবাইকেই নতুন চাকরী খোঁজ করার জন্য বলে দিয়েছেন।অন্য আর একজন ব্যবসায়ী ঠিক একই কথা বলেছেন। কয়েকদিন আগে এক কোম্পানির হেড অব অপারেশন ফোন করে বললেন যে, উনিও জব ছেড়ে দিয়েছেন। যেই কোম্পানির হয়ে কোটি কোটি টাকা প্রফিট দিয়েছেন সেই-ই নাকি এখন ভিন্ন সুর। সে কারনে উনি জবে আগ্রহী না তাই নিজে ব্যবসা শুরু করেছেন বললেন। আজকেই দেখলাম একটা ই-কমার্স তাদের বেশকিছু কর্মী ছাটাই করেছেন। এইসব ঘটনা এই বছরের শুরু থেকেই। এই রকক আরও অনেক কোম্পানি আছে যারা ব্যবসা ক্লোজ বা খরচ কমানোর জন্য কর্মী ছাটাই করেছেন। এখানে কোম্পানি বা কর্মী কাউকে দোষ দেওয়া যাবে না। কারন সবাই চাইবে নিজের সিকিউরিটি।আপনার যেমন সংসার আছে ঠিক তেমনই ভাবে মালিকের সংসার আছে। আপনাকে বাদ দিয়েছে তার মানে এই না যে মালিক খারাপ।মালিক তার নিজের চিন্তা আগে থেকেই করছে যেখানে আপনি করেন নাই। প্রাইভেট চাকরি করলে আপনাকে মানতেই হবে যে এইটা ক্ষনস্থায়ী। আপনি যে চেয়ারে বসেছেন সেই চেয়ার পার্মানেন্ট না। সেখানে মানুষ যেমন চেঞ্জ হয় তেমন ভাবে চেয়ারও বিক্রি হয়ে যায়। এইটা আপনি মানেন আর না মানেন তাতে কারো কিছুই যায় আসে না আর আসবেও না। আমি আমার কথায় বলি,আমি এখন আর চাকরি করি না।আমি বেশকিছু আইডিয়ার ওপর কাজ করি এবং তা থেকে প্রতি মাসে আমার ইনকাম আসে।একটা থেকে ইনকাম না হলেও অন্যটা থেকে ঠিকই আসে। এখন চিন্তা করেন,আপাতত আমি এইসব ব্যবসা ডেভেলপ করেছি এবং একটা সময় যখনই ডেভেলপ হয়ে যাবে তখন আমার ইনকামে কোন শর্ট থাকবে না।তাহলে বুঝতে পারেন যে আমি কেনো এইগুলো ডেভেলপ করার ওপর গুরুত্ব দিচ্ছি। এখন আপনি চিন্তা করেন, চাকরিতে থাকা অবস্থায় আপনি কি করেছেন?শুধু চাকরি করেছেন নাকি পাশাপাশি একটা আয়েরও ব্যবস্থা করেছেন?যদি করে থাকেন তাহলে আপনার রিস্ক অনেক কম। আর না করলে এর দায়-দায়িত্ব আপনার। যা হোক,আমি যেটা বলতে চাচ্ছি তা হলো চাকরি থাকা অবস্থায় সাইড ইনকাম বিষয়ে চিন্তা করা।আপনি চাইলে নিজেই শুরু করে দিতে পারেন আবার যদি মনে করেন,কোন একটা ব্যবসায় ইনভেস্ট করবেন তা করতে পারেন।ইনভেস্ট করার আগে ব্যবসার প্লান এবং অন্যান্য যাবতীয় ইনফরমেশন যাচাই বাছাই করে নিবেন তাহলে আপনার টাকার রিস্ক কম থাকবে। আমি পান্ডাফগ ব্যবসায় ইনভেস্টর হিসেবে ১১১ টা শেয়ার বিক্রি করেছি। আপনি যদি মনে করেন তাহলে আমাদের সাথে থাকতে পারেন।আর মাত্র ৮৯ শেয়ার বিক্রি করবো। আগামীকাল বিকেলে ইনভেস্টর ফাইনাল মিটিং আছে।যারা উক্ত মিটিংয়ে যোগ দিতে চান তারা কমেন্ট করে জানাতে পারেন।

প্রফেশনাল জীবনে ফান করা জ...

আমি যখনই কোন ভিন্ন ধরনের কোন কাজ করার উদ্যোগ নেই তখন শুরুর দিকে বেশি রেসপন্স থাকে। অনেকেই লাইক ও কমেন্ট করে আগ্রহ দেখান। এরপর সবাইকে নিয়ে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ গ্রুপ ওপেন করি এবং সবার সাথে আলোচনা করে প্লান শেয়ার করি। গ্রুপে যারাই অংশগ্রহণ করে তাদেরই সাথে আলোচনা করি এবং বিজনেসের আইডিয়া শেয়ার করি। এই পর্যায়ে সবাই যখন আগ্রহ শো করে তখন ব্যবসার একটা পরিপুর্ন রুপ হিসেবে বিজনেস প্রেজেন্টেশন বানানো হয় যা মাধ্যমে ব্যবসার মার্কেট ইনফরমেশনসহ অন্য সকল ইনফরমেশন যেমন কম্পিটিটর এনালাইসিস, বাজেট,অপারেশনস, প্রফিট, লস, অফিস, ইমপ্লোয়ি, বেনেফিট ইত্যাদির কাজ করা হয় এবং সবাইকেই তা দেখানো হয়। এই স্টেপে কিছু ফলোয়ার আগ্রহী হয় না এবং তারা বাদ যায়। বাকী যারা আগ্রহী হয় তাদের নিয়ে বিজনেস আইডিয়ার কাজ ইম্প্রুভ করি।শেষ পর্যন্ত যারা বিজনেস প্লান বুঝতে পারে শুধুমাত্র তারাই এখানে সুযোগ পায়। এখানে একটা বিষয়ে লক্ষ্য করলাম তা হল যে, অনেকেই আইডিয়া নেওয়া এবং জাস্ট ফর ফান হিসেবে যোগ দেই।যারা আইডিয়া নিতে আসে তারা আইডিয়া বোঝা হলেই যে কোন একটা বাহানার কথা বলে গ্রুপ থেকে লিভ করে অথবা চুপচাপ বসে থাকে। আর যারা জাস্ট ফান করার জন্য আসে তারাও গ্রুপ থেকে বের হয়ে যায়।যদিও এরা সবাই একটা এমাউন্ট পে করে কিন্তু এইটা তাদের কোন মাথাব্যথা থাকে না। আমি সবাইকেই আগে বলে দেই যে,এডভান্স হিসেবে যারাই পে করবে তাদের টাকা পরে এডজাস্ট করা হবে যদি সে ফাইনালী এই বিজনেসে থাকে আর না থাকলে রিফান্ড হবে না। এরপরেও অনেকেই আসে ফান করার জন্য আর পরে তারা থাকে না। তবে যারা শেষ পর্যন্ত থাকে তাদেরকে সাথে রাখা হয়। ব্যবসায় লাভের যেমন কথা থাকে তেমনই লস।যারাই এইটা মানবে এবং বিশ্বাস করবে আমি তাদেরকে সাথে রাখি। আমার রিসেন্ট প্রজেক্ট পান্ডাফগ ডট কমে একই কাজ করছি। উপরে যা যা বলেছি তা এখানেও হয়েছে। অনেকেই আইডিয়া নিয়ে চলে গিয়েছে। আবার অনেকেই ফান করার জন্য গ্রুপে থেকেছে। আবার অনেকে এইটা নষ্ট করার জন্য কাজ করেছে। তবে যে যেই উদ্দেশ্য নিয়ে আসুক না কেনো, পরবর্তীতে তা ধরা পরে এবং তাদেরকে বাদ দিয়ে দেই যা আমি বরাবরই করে থাকি। যা হোক, প্রফেশনাল জীবনে একটা বিষয়ে খুব ভালোভাবে গুরুত্ব দিবেন আর তা হলো যে, যখন কেউ একজন কোন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বা সিরিয়াস কিছু করার জন্য কাজ শুরু করে তখন তার সাথে ফান বা বাধা দেওয়া থেকে বিরত থাকবেন। আপনার জন্য তার কাজে কোন ক্ষতি হবে না তবে একটু ধীর গতিতে হলেও সম্পন্ন হবেই হবে।মাঝে থাকে যারাই সমস্যা তৈরি করবে তারা সারাজীবনে জন্য তার কাছে খারাপ হয়ে থাকবে। এইটা কিন্তু আপনার ক্যারিয়ারের জন্য অনেক খারাপ হতে পারে। বলা তো যায় না যে, আপনি যে ফান আজকে করলেন তার জন্য পরে এক সময় তার কাছে সাহায্যের জন্য যেতে হতে পারে। তখন কি বলবেন? পান্ডাফগ নামে ডোমেইন আফটার মার্কেটে যা শুরু করতে যাচ্ছি তা অলরেডি ইনভেস্ট প্লান এবং অন্যান্য সকল বিষয়ে আলোচনা শেষ হয়েছে। যারা ফান, ফাজলামো করার জন্য এসেছিল তাদের সবাইকে বাদ দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং এখন যারা ইনভেস্টর হিসেবে আছেন তারা রিয়েল। আমরা ইনভেস্টর হিসেবে আমাদের আরও কিছু ফলোয়ার লাগবে। যারা চাকরি অথবা ব্যবসার পাশাপাশি সাইড ইনকামের জন্য ইনভেস্টর হতে চান তারা কমেন্টে জানাতে পারেন। আমরা আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করবো এবং যদি আপনি আগ্রহী হন তাহলে ইনভেস্টর হতে পারবেন।
